Katica's house and garden are marvellous and cosy. There is plenty of space and the terrace and garden are wonderful for spending time in the shade in summer and having meals in the evening. Everything is very clean and we found everything we needed. The communication with Katica was uncomplicated and friendly. Cunski is a calm town. There is only one restaurant but it was the best one we visited on the whole island with tasty homemade meals. There is a small beach , 10 minute easy walk downhill and many other beaches can be visited by foot (30-40 Mins) or car (5-20 Mins). Absolute recommendation!

The house is located in a small village with access to a beautiful beach. 10 minutes walk, absolutely worth the effort. It´s perfect for a great vacation. Plenty of space, a wonderful garden, super well equipped and very peaceful. Easy access by car to many beautiful beaches, restaurants and any kind of shopping. The owner, her daughter and niece were amazing: sweet, welcoming and very caring. We will be back for sure!

We spent an absolutely lovely week in the charming house of Katica. Katica received us personally and showed us around the house, also giving us some more tips (in addition to the infos she already shared via message beforehand). She had also left us a pleasant surprise in the fridge :-). The house is a bit older and has been renovated without losing the rustic feeling. But where we spent most of our time was the very large terrace and the beautiful garden. Right in front of the entrance to the house there is a small shop, where we would get fresh bread in the morning, then we would eat breakfast on the terrace and then go walking or snorkeling or do whatever we wanted. Mali Losinj is very close by and offers really everything you might need as a tourist (beaches, gift shops, restaurants, shopping malls, rental boats, ..). We, who like to avoid the big tourist gatherings, also found secluded beaches and nice, quiet areas without having to drive very far. All in all it was the best holiday we have ever spent in Croatia and we would love to return very soon!

Katica's house is in the small village of Cunski where you can park your car on one of the public parkinglots. From the main street you reach the house by foot via a narrow street about 30 m long. As soon as you enter through the gardengate you have a beautiful view on the terrace and probably the most beautiful garden of Cunski. The house is very well equipped and you can also use the summerkitchen near the terrace. From the bedrooms on the upper floor you can also see the walnuttree, a big oleander and the old and beautiful palmtree. You would never expect to be close to the mainroad of Losinj (approximatley 100 metres) if it was not for some trafficnoise that grows quite strong during highseason and weekends. From the house it's a walk of 10 minutes to Cunski beach and a little bit longer up again. The water is beautiful to swim or jump from the mole. If you are lucky you can detect an emerald lizard on your way back from the beach where the scent of different herbs fills the air. We enjoyed our stay in this house!

Das Haus von Katica ist ein altes, sehr liebevoll und schön renoviertes Steinhaus, mit angeschlossener "Sommerküche". Man kann hervorragend auf der Terrasse oder unter einer riesigen Palme im Schatten sitzen und sich an dem schönen Garten erfreuen. Die Betten sind SEHR bequem und jedes der beiden Schlafzimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Fenster sind wunderbar gegen Mückeneinfall mit Insektenrollos geschützt. Katica hat das Haus nicht nur mit sehr viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sondern es ist wirklich komplett mit allen nötigen Dingen für den täglichen Gebrauch ausgestattet. Die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung von Katica war so herzlich, dass wir das Gefühl hatten, als Freunde zu gehen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
