We wanted to visit the Cotswolds .. and it didn’t disappoint! Painswick captured everything we heard and there was plenty to do, especially for our dog’s birthday! The cottage was beautiful and really homely. We enjoyed the local pubs and Cotswolds way walk in particular!

Good communication with the co-host, Rebecca, and the cottage was very clean, warm, cosy, had all the amenities we needed and the beds were very comfortable with lovely linen. Very thoughtful little hamper of milk, eggs, bread etc on arrival, as well as some logs for the fire. It was easy to find with the instructions given and parking for one car. Overall a really good short stay in a beautiful, peaceful location which is close to pubs and other attractions within the Cotswolds area. We will return!

What a beautiful cottage, immaculate with such calming interiors, it felt fresh but cosy and smelt great too! We didn't have good weather during our stay so we were grateful for such lovely accommodation and the log burner was a huge plus. Would love to come again, thank you so much.
