We had a lovely stay at Kirsty’s place! Check-in was smooth and the house was exactly as stated. All amenities as expected and the linen was of great quality and clean. Had a lovely meal at Casa Mia - about a 3 minute walk from the house. Thank you for hosting us!

Our family stayed at 83 Mortimers place for Christmas. The house was very well presented with everything required to prep and cook numerous family breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, including Christmas! Due to the time of year, there wasn't a lot open around the town. However, we enjoyed fish and chips on the first evening, and Toast was great for breakfast on our last morning. During our stay, we went for lots of walks, enjoyed a quick round of boxing day mini golf and took short drives to Whistable and Tankerton - amazing food from start to finish at Land & Sea (Tankerton) and the Tapas in Whistable. Huge thank you to Kirtsy for making our Christmas so comfortable. The stairs were a great way to keep up the exercise at this time of year, too!

Travelled with a group of 9 friends for a long weekend. Great house in a very central location. The house is beautiful and had everything in it we could possibly need. Everyone said how comfortable the beds were and it was great to be able to use the car park behind for unloading. Kirsty was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and we had very clear instructions. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a lovely week in Mortimer Street. 3 generations of our family and dog made great use of the house. We had BBQs in the courtyard, cooked in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed local restaurants and take-aways. We appreciated the fluffy towels, roll top bath, comfortable beds and nice bed linen! A good selection of books and board games kept us entertained. We had days out in Whitstable, Broadstairs and Canterbury and enjoyed time in Herne Bay, with the house being in a great location. We could walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. Herne Bay is well connected by trains and busses. Kirsty provided us with a parking permit for one car and guided us to free parking for our other vehicle, a few minutes walk away. The public car park to the rear of the property made loading and unloading the cars very easy. Do take note of the number of steps in the property, which would make the house unsuitable for some, but it is full of character and we loved it! Thank you.
