I visited Peniche for the be first time and was looking for something affordable, easy to walk to from the bus station, that offered privacy as well as common spaces that allowed for meeting other people. This place was ideal on all fronts. Convenient to great restaurants, Camino Atlantico and the beach. It’s a wonderful place to stay, very clean and when I had any questions Simão was very helpful and quick to respond.

All you needs is at Simaos’ place. We felt like at home. Well equipped kitchen , care ands taste with the decoration. Warm atmosphere.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay! It was well located - the place is conveniently located near cute shops and places to eat nearby. The room was clean and had everything we needed. All communication with the host was clear and we had no issues with check-in or check-out. Unfortunately, my friend and I were both under the weather, so we didn't spend any time in the shared spaces or meet any other guests but it certainly had a nice living room/kitchen to share space with others! Would recommend staying here!
