The most famous monument and landmark of the city is the impressive Arena, an amphitheater dating back to Roman times, which cannot only be visited, but also serves as a unique open-air stage for different concerts and movie events. Only 10 minutes by car from Pula is the fishing village of Fažana, from where excursion boats depart for the National Park of the Brijuni Islands, which are definitely worth a visit. Restaurant and shops are within walking distance.
