Unwind in a spacious tiny home on a working farm with vegetables, herbs, fruits, dairy goats, sheep, and chickens. Enjoy the views, farm fresh food, local hiking and swimming holes, or if it's cold, cozy up by the wood stove with a stocked refrigerator and freezer of farm goodies! We love sharing our farmstead with guests and also understand if guests prefer tranquil time to themselves. We are a 20 min drive to Dragon's Tooth, and 10 minutes to VA42 (Kelly Knob or the Keffer Oak)! The tiny home includes a full kitchen (stove, microwave, two sinks, oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, a selection of traditional medicinal teas and fair trade coffees, cast iron pan, and stainless pots of various sizes, plus all kitchen amenities we could think of!), a bedroom with a queen bed and closet, a loft with a full size mattress, french doors to a side porch, and a covered front porch. There's a simple bathroom with toilet and shower. We use biodegradable soaps and our limestone spring feeds the tiny house so you'll drink sweet alkaline water (and shower in it, too!)
A cozy tiny home in a beautiful and peaceful location. Elizabeth and Adam are wonderful and responsive hosts.
Very sweet happy family farm with lots of friendly and sweet animals. The local area is naturally beautiful. The host were excellent and went above and beyond to make our needs feel met.
A perfect spot for my long weekend away from the city. The location was great - tucked away on the farm in a very peaceful location and nearby some of the best hikes in the area (McAfee's Know, Tinker Cliffs, Dragons Tooth and Cascade Falls). Solstice Brewery also highly recommended. The tiny house has everything you need and I had a really good night's sleep. Elizabeth was super responsive and helpful. The eggs were excellent :) Highly recommend!
A great “tiny” house on a small working farm. Beautiful scenery all around and lots of outdoor activities.
We're located in the Sinking Creek Valley, a beautiful high elevation valley in Virginia's Western Highlands. The valley was an old bison trace, with lots of big beautiful old oaks.

Hello fellow travelers! I work as an acupuncturist and farmer in SWVA. My main interest is living a garden-tied life, rewoven into the pattern of nature, or “paradise gardening” as a mentor Joe Hollis calls it. I also have a small acupuncture clinic on the farm, enabling me to integrate the practice of farming and acupuncture, and land health and human health.
