Our apartment, decorated with a minimalist style, is the perfect place to stay in Medellín. It has incredible views of the city and it is equipped with everything you might need to have an amazing stay! The building is located just five minutes away from El Parque Lleras, the most exclusive area of Medellin. It is strategically located near restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and banks, among others. Regardless of the reason for your visit, you will be close to everything! The apartment is located on the fifteenth floor of one of the best located buildings in the city and it has 24-hour private security and parking. The reception staff will be available to help you whenever you need it. During your stay you'll have access to the building's incredible swimming pool, sauna, fully equipped gym and a delicious restaurant and mini market that is located next to the lobby. Without a doubt, it is the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Medellín. Upon entering, you will find an open and elegant space, to your left you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric dishwasher and all the implements you may need, at the very end, you will also find the laundry equipped with a washer/dryer. To your right you will find the balcony that is an ideal place to chat and enjoy the view, it has two rocking chairs, a bar and a barbecue barrel in case you decide to have one! Inside is the dining room and the living room with a comfortable sofa and a 60-inch Smart TV perfect for watching your favorite movies and shows , following the corridor you'll find the social bathroom. Both rooms have a queen-sized bed where you can enjoy a restful sleep and a 55-inch Smart TV. Each room has it's private bathroom and closet with enough space to store luggage. In the main room you will find a safe in case you need it. The apartment has two ideal places to work or have conferences, a desk in the secondary room and a study with an incredible 200 Mb internet connection. The study can also be converted into a mini third room by placing an inflatable mattress that will be at your disposal if necessary.
