I had really bad dust allergies in the master suite & living room, but there were good amenities and it was well stocked (beach towels, outside space, grill, propane, etc). The TV was really small for the living room. Also clearly they’ve had some bad tenants, so there were quite a lot of notes with “rules” and stuff (some of which were helpful) - but others seemed kind of excessive like a complete inventory of the entire house (including plastic silverware). Overall my rating is decided by our allergies causing problems since it made sleeping and hanging out inside a problem. Clearly this is a house that someone lives in at times, so with that comes amenities, but sometimes some quirks. But these things can be fixed, so hopefully the friendly owners adjust accordingly for future guests!

Highly recommend this property for any beach goers with a family. High quality accommodations with the exception of a few broken items that will be addressed. Awesome location with a surf shop and pizza spot within walking distance (in addition to the beach of course). Parking was easy. Fast internet. Great for kids with lots of toys and beach stuff available for use. Janna was very kind and responsive throughout our stay, will definitely return

great place to stay with 5 or more family or friends. well stocked kitchen, linens and towels. we attended a local workshop, was very close to where we went for 5 days. rooms are very spacious.
