Very nice place ro stay and Megan was a wonderful host.
Great stay! We were in Indian Shores during spring break with a few other families. Our group wanted an area that was a little quieter than other areas and Megan's place was perfect for us. She responded promptly with any questions, the condo was clean and spacious, and the beach and pool were great. Loved having access to the tennis/pickleball courts and the 8th floor deck area. We didn't mind having limited choices for restaurants and shops because we cooked most meals in the condo and had a few day trips planned anyways.
Nice location and nice condo complex. Condo was bright and had great views. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and walk across the street to the gulf. Indian Shores is a nice town, but not many restaurants to walk to within reasonable walking distance (less than 2 miles). Plenty of options with a short car ride, though. We enjoyed our stay.
We had a nice stay at Megan’s place in Feb/March '24. This is a very spacious unit with a large kitchen and dining rm and comfortable beds. It is a very short walk to the beach and there is great beach equipment: chairs, umbrellas, etc. There is also tennis and pickleball equipment. There were daily pick-up tennis games on the newly resurfaced courts. A/C worked well and there are also fans, as well as some nice touches like USB hubs for charging. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped though we didn’t find a kettle; there is one now! There is salt, pepper, some spices, but nothing perishable so you might need ketchup, mustard, etc. There are two full baths. A few areas in the baths could use a bit of maintenance or modernizing but nothing troublesome. The pool and hot tub deck had just been redone so that was very nice. Gets busy when the sun is out. The balcony overlooks the pool area. There is a large modern laundry room that takes credit cards. Some laundry supplies in unit.
