We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rudy and Michelle's place! We had everything we needed and they were two of the nicest people ever. It was also the first AirBnB I've stayed at where breakfast was provided! Also, we got some great local tips on where to eat and what to do. Great value for the money!

Rudy and Michelle's place was the perfect short out-of-the-city retreat for me. I was visiting Edmonton for a conference and wanted to see something else than concrete before the conference started (3 days off). The location was close enough to the city (15-30 mins) and airport (45 mins) to not having to travel a lot (I did rent a car), but far enough to be really out of the city. Rudy and Michelle have a large and beautiful property, which was covered in snow when I visited them. Rudy and Michelle were very friendly, had great stories about their travels, served tasty breakfast (each day something new), and gave great tips and advices on how to spend my 3 days (e.g., snowshoeing behind their property and at the beautiful lake Chikakoo). The 3 dogs (2 dogs of their own, 1 where they were temporarily taking care for) were well trained and surprisingly quiet. In short, a perfect place to stay, especially when you need/want to be close to Edmonton, but also want to enjoy the countryside.
