Host( Roy) responded promptly to queries. The house was nice and really liked the kitchen and its amenities and the deco of the lounge/dining area.

Roy is very responsive! Easy to communicate with and friendly. 24hours power supply, beautiful duplex… I will definitely come again.

This is one of my favorite place I've had to stay at so far. Definitely the best place in Lekki area if your looking for a luxury staycation at affordable price. Roy was very accommodating, and responds promtly to any questions we had.

I would rate our stay at Roy's place as average. The location was brilliant!, it was easily accessible and very close to several popular beaches. The manager and the resident staff were terrific guys, they swiftly responded to all our requests. The apartment was well furnished but with poor sanitation. The power supply was erratic, there was a generating plant close to our flat that runs almost continuously. The Generating plant was very noisy and often parked up, there were occasions when there was complete power outage leaving us in darkness for several hours. The water quality and the supply were other areas of concern. There was poor internet connectivity. Communication with the host was perfect, though we had some unwarranted misunderstandings at the end, that did not take his excellent demeanour from him.
