As advertised. Lisa was easy to deal with and quick to respond. Because the house is older and the water pipes/joints may have lead, it is recommended to use the water filter provided in the fridge for drinking water. The only time we heard the downstairs tenants was around 10pm each night for about half an hour. Other than that the place was very quiet.

Comfy, cozy, and affordable home and from home. Perfect fit for our family. Quiet and safe location allowed for a peaceful rest.

Lisa was an outstanding host. This cozy little home was perfect for our party of three. The beds were very comfortable, lots of room to unpack belongings. The kitchen was well appointed and it was nice to have coffee and simple condiments available. There must be on demand hot water as the kitchen, bathroom / shower had immediate and plentiful hot water. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Thunder Bay.
