We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at River Ranch. Elio was very quick to respond to some questions I had. We would most certainly stay again!

River Ranch is a great agricultural vacation location and this rental was the cherry on top. Beautiful well stocked kitchen, cold AC, clean property, and a very sweet neighbor to the left. Elio was an outstanding host, patient to answer all my questions leading up our vacation, and easy to reach while occupying his property. Conveniently located near a pool and tennis court it is just a golf cart or bike ride to the main attraction area where there are loads of things to do. The house accommodated meals made in its beautiful spacious kitchen and the outside lent to BBQing and family time around the fire pit. I will 10/10 rent this property again next time I’m planning on staying at River Ranch.

Elio’s place was perfect for our last minute vacation! We frequent River Ranch and this cottage was perfect for our family of 5. Very well stocked, super clean, immaculate bathroom, comfortable beds and everything you needed for cooking in the kitchen! The use of the golf cart is a great bonus and much needed for exploring the surrounding resort. We appreciated the accommodations! Thank you again!
