The place was a bit challenging to find (i was on foot from BGC) but with a little persistence and patience you'll definitely find this gem of a place. The room was cozy enough, small but just enough, worked remotely for 1 night there and space was just enough for my laptop and a second monitor. Wifi connection was not bad as well. Oh there were no windows view in the 2 rooms that I've stayed in. There was a window but was facing to a wall on the outside.... BUT Overall i was VERY satisfied with the stay. Will definitely be coming back here everytime i have work stuff in BGC.

Room and building is very clean. A bit hard if you’re going to work in the room as the desk space is a bit small.

Near BGC, the accommodation matches the photo as is. It is practical for just what you need to pass the night: bed and bath... ALL CLEAN. Parking is limited, that became our challenge. While it is near BGC, the December season is hectic for Grab options but if you do motorcycle-ride sharing, that shouldn't be a problem. If you are up to it, you can walk under the Kalayaan bridge to BGC.

The place is very affordable yet cozy, clean and comfortable. The hosts Miguel and April are very responsive and helpful. Their staff are friendly and attentive to my needs. The room had things I needed for my 5D4N stay: a fridge, microwave oven, lamp, tv with netflix, working space, and an electric kettle even they already provided free water in dispensers in every floor. I felt safe even if I had to go out or comeback in wee hours. If it's not too warm already, I can just walk my way from BGC back to this place. I will certainly book and stay here again when I get back
