Great house! We were there for six months and loved staying here (miss it already). Staying on the westside of Las Vegas gave us a much nicer environment (Whole Foods and TJs are 5 mins away) and there are good parks nearby (Pueblo and Desert Shores). Very light and airy feeling, with views of the sky/clouds from the master bathroom and living room. The kichen has all of the needed supplies. Nice dining area that looks out on the patio. We enjoyed sitting outside under the shade canopy and using the grill.. Yard is well fenced for pups. Convenient location: Red Rock (great hiking) is 20 mins away, Valley of Fire is 1+ hours, Zion and Death Valley are great day trips. Neighborhood was safe. Loved the big master bathroom and walk-in closet. Two car garage plus parking on the street. Hosts were helpful. We easily could have stayed here for years - hope we get a chance to visit again!

Beautiful sunny home with high ceilings and modern touches. We stayed here for three months and it was the perfect long term rental. The host was super responsive and helpful.

Nicholas’s place is an amazing house to rent. The entire community was safe for walks, and it too had many fast food restaurant within walking distance. I have recommended it to many of my family members because it is THEE place to stay.
