Reed’s condo exceeded my expectations in every way! Fantastic location in beautiful Laguna Niguel, one mile from beaches, an abundance of nearby walking trails, great restaurants and shopping close-by. My initial plan was to stay in Reed’s condo for 2-months, but I ended up staying for 6-months due to the great location, comfort and amenities - all with an amazing view of El Niguel Country Club! Peaceful, quiet, clean and super safe - I felt right at home and would rent again without hesitation! Thank you, Reed!

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb, and it was such a positive experience! Reed's condo is super comfortable, and well-equipped for a pleasant stay! Quiet, serene neighborhood with such a stunning view of the lake and golf course. You'll wake up to birds chirping, frogs croaking, and ducks quacking... gotta love nature! Very close to the beach and walking trails. Reed is a wonderful host. He's super accommodating and very responsive. My son and I stayed in his condo for 3 months, and it was like a home away from home. I highly recommend Reed's condo to anyone. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Great place!!

We were renovating our place and needed something to stay for a few weeks. This was an absolutely lucky and amazing find for our family of 3. The apartment comes with a two car garage which is very close to the flats entrance. Reeds place was cozy, super clean, quiet, well equipped and offered us a perfect home from home. The kitchen offered anything we needed to cook any kind of meal. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were quite spacious and the beds comfortable. The very best of this place is the view and the tranquility. Just sitting on the balcony and taking in the view of the green golf course with its ponds and birds is so relaxing. It’s like a small vacation. The location of the apartment is very close to the beaches and to shopping possibilities. Reed is a fabulous host, he always responded and took care of our needs and even proactively asked if everything was ok. He fixed an issue immediately so we could enjoy our stay. We can only recommend and even miss his place.
