Fantastic host, thanks for accommodating

We were disappointed with the standard of the property. It was not clean and not well maintained. Lots of loose and broken handles, filthy oven, under equipped kitchen , cutlery basket missing from dishwasher and curtain rod fell down in one of bedrooms ( it was not fixed in place). We are not super fussy and have stayed in many Airbnb properties and this is not the standard we have been used to by some margin. We had to request more towels which was rectified but as 5 people were booked in, I would have expected have more than 3!

Came to the property and instantly seen that it wasn't cleaned properly dirt on the floor, what looked like crumbs on the counter stain in the fridge. We felt the need to get antibacterial wipes and wipe the place down and brush the floor. Then we went to shop to have food in the house to find out the fridge wasn't working contacted Kenneth and he delivered a small fridge the next morning but by that stage some of the food and milk was off. We then wanted a shower and there was no hot water so contacted Kenneth and he didn't turn on the hot water from his phone so had to wait for him to do that then two days after we had no hot water again and had to contact him again to turn it on. If it was cleaned and the fridge worked and you didn't need to keep contacting Kenneth to get hot water it would of been a good stay.

Very nice house. Host left treats, and the kids loved it! Thank you, made our stay very special, wish I would have stayed here longer, so much to see and do in Lusburn. We only booked an extra night for a Belfadt stay but Lisburn itself is so interesting. thank you.
