The perfect home for family gatherings - open spaces large enough for late night games, conversation and laughter. The space provides everything you need and more! A great deck out back, orchards surrounding the home and a tasting room next door are just a few of the many perks!

This is the second time we have stayed here and enjoyed our time even more. Great home to share with our family to enjoy a holiday week. We got to experience the serenity and beauty of Paonia with several visits from the local deer herds at dusk. We love it here.

First Fruit pack shed located just out front door. Stop in and purchase some of the area's best fruit. Winery and orchards envelope the property.
The North Fork Valley is surrounded by the West Elk Wilderness, Grand Mesa, and the Gunnison Gorge Wilderness, and known for its organic specialty farms, orchards, vineyards, wineries and breweries, with ample opportunities for hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, rafting and other back country adventures.
Parking is available in the driveway. Less than a 10 minute walk to downtown Paonia.
