Lovely one bedroom 62 kv/m apartment with an amazing view to Copenhagen water kanal and privet parking included. Apartment is not in the city center, but it won’t take more then 20 min walk or 7 min by bicycle to Copenhagen center. And 10 min walk to a shopping mole Fisketorvet. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too. New and modern home from 2021. Apartment is on the 4th floor, with a name “Mammen”. It’s a middle door.

I would totally recommend Tomas place to anybody. We had an amazing stay and loved his appartment. The location was fantastic and he was always very helpful.
Tomas and his partner, Dennis were above-and-beyond helpful; super responsive to questions, gave amazing pointers on navigating the area; when I asked for the best cab app to get a ride to the airport (no über in DK), they ordered a cab for me; when I asked for a place nearby to buy a local power adapter they brought over a spare one to use. Way more than they needed to do. The flat itself was perfect; clean, utilitarian, QUIET. It should be noted there is no TV in the unit, but when you see the surrounding community you won't want one. I super enjoyed my stay and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It would actually be a brilliant spot for long-termers, digital nomads, and the like
Ich habe die Wohnung für meine Eltern gebucht. Tomas hat sich die Zeit genommen Sie in Empfang zu nehmen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt wenn man gerne etwas Ruhe hat und doch nicht all zu weit vom Zentrum sein möchte. Die Aussicht über Wasser ist wunderschön! Gerne wieder!
Para este apartamento es perfecto Tomás es muy amable y siempre atento en mi próxima visita a dinamarca sin duda volvería a reservar este apartamento. La ubicación es perfecta. La limpieza es perfecta lo recomiendo al 100 % yo estuve con mi madre y ella le encantó todo ❤️❤️
Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist super und man hat einen schönen Blick vom Balkon. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und total sauber. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden.

You will stay in a quite luxury area, with no city noise. We have some restaurants in area, where you can get some delicious sushi, or good salad, sandwiches and more. It’s on Christians langes plads. There is a luxury vine bare and som coffe shop too, all that just few minutes to walk.
Place to buy food, clothes is 10 min walk til FiskeTorvet. You will find there LIDL, Føtex and other places for shopping
Bus 7A kører til område fra Hovedbenegård.
Du kan også sejle med guld havnebus til center og til området hvor vi bor. Det er 5 min gang fra lejligheden til st.
