Exceptional person who is delighted to communicate with and replied quickly. The Condo has 3 different sided views on the 26th floor corner suite. Its perfect for one person or a couple who want to enjoy downtown Yaletown lifestyle. Urban Fair and the OmniFerries that run every 10 minutes to Granville island is at your doorstep. Full Healthy Grocery store, pharmacy and BCliquor Store are found on the ground floor. Also Subway, Mexican, Vietnamese and Italian restaurants ate across the street including Earls and dozen pubs. It has a very clean huge pool with steam sauna for him and separate women hot steam sauna. Concierge is 24 hours and we are thankful it came with a underground parking stall directly across the elevators on P2.

Fantastic location, great building with good amenities, lovely apartment. Incredible views from every direction. Comfortable furnishings. Very responsive hosts who were both very helpful.
