What an incredible place this is! If you are looking to get off the beaten path and to enjoy peace, tranquility, and solitude in a beautiful landscape, then this is the perfect place for you! We live in the country and raise horses and felt right at home in the Bunkhouse. We enjoyed visiting with the barn cats, chickens, and horses. It is within driving distance to some wonderful day trips...Toombstone, Bisbee, Patagonia...and some incredible vineyards! We especially enjoyed Sonoita Vineyards and the Steak Out in Sonoita!

Staying at Janet's was wonderful! Really simple instructions for a smooth check-in, everything exactly as it was described, and she was super responsive. We were playing board games inside, and looking out the windows to see horses and chickens. Everything was really nice quality, there was even a griddle that we made hash browns in every morning that was a well taken care of! (Very unusual for an Airbnb.) I also really appreciated the tone of everything. I've been to a lot of airbnbs now where I sympathize that other folks have not treated the place with respect, but then the language of everything is very negative. (For instance, you are welcomed into the space with a multiple page list of things that you should not do.) Janet's place was the exact opposite. The information she gave on the refrigerator was a great summary in a friendly tone of what we need to do as well as really great stuff that we can do in the local area. Also our dog really liked the place!

A lovely cabin in Elgin Arizona that is close to BLM public lands. Great place to take your horses and dogs. Numerous wineries are close by for tastings.

The rustic cabin is exactly as shown. We were very comfortable there, easily able to prepare food, with a comfortable queen-size bed and covers, and plenty of hot water for the shower. Janet communicated very quickly and accommodated our needs; she turned the lights on because we were arriving after dark, she swapped out the empty propane tank almost instantly, and allowed a little later departure time so my wife could finish her nap on the front porch. She and her husband were friendly and responsive. The cabin was very quiet and the view to the Mustang Mountains was incredible. We will come back here to stay when we return to the area for another weekend getaway.

We stayed for two nights at this lovey bunkhouse. It was in a beautiful spot on the farm with a view of the mountains. We were greeted with fresh eggs from the hosts chickens which were delicious. The bunkhouse was very clean with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Janet was kind enough to have a map with lots of great places to eat as well as the surrounding vineyards. If you ever want to go wine tasting in Arizona wine country I very much highly recommend this bunkhouse.
