The Kollwitz neighborhood is a very lively, colorful neighborhood with many possibilities.
The apartment is located in the heart of Berlin, in a very lively district with an extensive cultural program: galleries, artists, cafes, theaters, cinemas, bars, clubs, boutiques and restaurants. At Kollwitzplatz you can find the huge "Friedrichshain park" (which is good for jogging, beach volleyball, open-air cinema, cafes, rollerblading track, etc.) and also “Kulturbrauerei” (which is well known for clubs) are both easily reached on foot.
If you don’t feel comfortable by walking, you can go by tram, just 50m away from the apartment. By tram, it takes just a few minutes to Alexanderplatz, Oranienburger Straße, Hackescher Markt, or Weinmeisterstraße. The main tourist attractions such as Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, the Nikolai Quarter, Unter den Linden, Gendarmenmarkt, Friedrichstrasse, the Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz are very close.
Even Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain and Neukölln you can reach easily by the good underground and S-Bahn connections at Alexanderplatz.
For those of you, who come to see the famous Berlin nightlife, famous clubs like Berghain, Watergate, Kater Holzig (Bar25), cookies, Weekend, Kitkat and many more you will find within a radius of 2.5 km from the apartment.

You can reach Alexanderplatz within walking distance. Public transportation (bus, tram, metro) is accessible right in front of our door.
