The House was great and had an incredible stay . The only negative was the hot water was not available if more than one shower going at a time. The house has EVERYTHING one could possibly need to make you feel at home. Just needed to bring our toothbrushes. Definitely would stay again and recommend.

Amazing house and host. Definitely would stay here again. Only downfall is local restaurants and food delivery isn’t ideal. But the home is well worth it. No need to leave.

Great place for large gatherings! Comfy beds and linens, and love the thick beach towels. Kids enjoyed the lake and pool!!

This house had pretty much everything that we wanted for our family reunion and then some. The landscaping was beautiful, and the inside of the house had luxurious features and many modern touches, including an elevator. It’s full of amenities and came with plenty of starter packs. Inside there were big open spaces which is great for large gatherings. But there were also more intimate spaces as well for smaller groups. The full-size refrigerator by the bar downstairs helped store all the extra food and drinks we had. The pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table inside the garage/game room kept us plenty entertained as did the kayaks. The cell signal inside was not great but there was strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the house. The tap water initially had a fairly strong sulfur smell but dissipated over time. The host, Southern Charm, were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Overall, our stay was a great experience that made for fun, beautiful, and lasting memories.
