Taking classes at CSUN for the semester and having no car, this place was a perfect fit! Scott accommodated my reservation (last minute quickly), and allowed me to drop my bags off earlier than check-in time. The room is as pictured. Plenty of space and very comfortable (especially the bed). The location is amazing. Quiet street, 10 minute or less walk to CSUN, grocery stores and great public transportation access. The other roommates were cool to chat with and friendly whenever I seen them (good vibes). Scotts a musician and produces music in the studio. This was never a problem for me and if it was going to be louder than expected, he always gave me up so I was aware, but I never had any issues with it. Overall, Scott was an extremely laid back, accommodating host. I've stayed in many Airbnb’s all over the place (literally) and this by far is one of my favorite places! I will come back again!

I’m a longtime veteran user of Airbnb throughout my travels(both domestic and international) and I can honestly say with a smile that Scott was the best host I’ve ever had. Extremely friendly yet respectful of everyone’s space and privacy. Beautiful home and space and loved my cozy bedroom. Very clean and looks like the photos(only nicer!) If there’s one affordable and gorgeous home to stay at in LA that I can recommend, it’s Scott’s place in Northridge!

Staying at Scott’s place has been absolutely perfect. Beautiful room and house, quiet neighborhood, beautiful lemon trees in the backyard. Scott and Mer have been super friendly and helpful and are overall just nice people. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for an extended stay to stay here.

I felt like at home after the first minute. The house it’s so beautiful, the town it’s so quiète. Scott is an amazing nice guest, so friendly , always here to help. Definitely the right place to stay in the Valley
