Very clean and excellent location, a mere 5 minute stroll to the seafront and shops. Immediately upon entering I could smell paint, which wasn’t nice. Also, I didn’t like the blinds on the windows as they let a lot of light in which made it difficult to stay asleep at 5am in the morning.

Lovely weekend stay, visiting family and friends. Anita's AB&B was very comfortable and welcoming in a peaceful location. Would recommend to anyone who is travelling to Teignmouth, Devon. Within walking distance to local Train station, restaurants, bars, shops and seafront. If travelling by car/public transport this location is well situated when travelling to some of Devons top tourist attractions.

Found the cottage to be in the ideal location to stay when visiting relatives in Teignmouth. Within walking distance to the beaches and the town and of course the added bonus of a parking space outside your door. Overall the cottage was very clean and the bed was very comfortable making it a welcoming place. Anita was very responsive and it was nice touch to be able to make a cup of tea and enjoy the biscuits as soon as we arrived.
