Upon arrival we were a little disappointed with how small the apartment was for the price we paid. the furniture appeared worn. But the view was spectacular and was located in a great spot. We had a family of 6 and stayed for a week but there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided, 2 bin bags, a dish sachets, 2 laundry powder sachets and 2 bars of soap. We had to spend a fair bit to stock up on basic supplies. The wifi was unusuable most of the time. The beds were very comfortable and sheets were all clean and neat. our Keys stopped working half way through the week and we were locked out of the apartment. The soul staff were not aloud to let us in and we had to wait for host to respond to get new keys. Q stay staff were helpful and solved the problem 3 hours later. All in all, I would say it was a good place to stay for the most part but I'm not sure it was worth the amount we paid.

The location of the aptmt is amazing. It's in the hub of Surfers, is sunny and light, and has a great outlook to the beach. Even saw a whale breaching from the balcony! However...some of furnishings within the aptmt are worn and scuffed, with some of the outdoor chairs needing replacement. Most of the furniture, furnishings, crockery etc appear to be cheap and dated, from K Mart - disappointing given the price paid to rent the apartment. There were no pantry staples supplied other than tea, coffee and sugar - but no milk or any other type of welcoming accompaniments supplied. I had to call Q-Stay (NOT Danny) to ask for extra face cloths (just 2 supplied for 4 of us) and cereal bowls (only 3 in cupboard). They were good and delivered them that day, but disappointing I had to call them at all. Also, there are no pool or beach towels supplied. A guest info booklet would also be really useful, esp info on where the bldg's rubbish chute is for example!
