Repeat customer! I liked it so much last year, I returned this summer and I’ll go again next year if I can. A cosy cottage with AC, WIFI, a fabulous screen porch and all the amenities. An easy walk to several beaches. Great hosts.

Had a wonderful time at Matt's place.... cozy rooms with comfortable beds and ceiling fans, a well stocked kitchen and nice sized bathroom that felt very cottage-y. The sunroom/porch was definitely the highlight with a full sized dining table and patio lights, we spent alot of time there listening to the birds and squirrels. The front lawn was big enough for us to play bocce and ladder toss. We also tried the bowling set provided and it was nice to have extra games/books available. Thanks for a great stay, along with our furry family member, who made himself at home instantly! :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Matt's cottage. He is very responsive and can be easily reach. Their cottage is complete with the items you will need plus more. We definite appreciate the items for the kids and babies that made our stay a lot easier.

This cottage on Alder is the best! Cute, clean, so easy to check-in, the hosts are AMAZING! They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The sun-room is beautiful, kitchen is very decently stocked with helpful things like pans, utensils, etc - air conditioner worked great, beds were firm but comfy, bedding perfectly clean, everything so organized.. Fire pit and BBQ were so nice to have on cool evenings. We really enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was great! Location was ideal. Was easy to get in touch with hosts. Overall, we would love to make this place our yearly summer getaway! Looking forward to visiting again.
