Mauricio & Mariana are amazing and very attentive hosts! The place is excellent and the bed is very comfortable and was extremely clean when I arrived. Communication with Mauricio was very easy and always took care of everything really quickly. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in the area.

I deal with Mauricio. From the very beginning, I was impressed by his friendliness and desire to help me to feel really comfortable in his apartment. it's very clean, everything for everyday life is provided. The bed is very sturdy and comfy, looks and feels like new, the set of linens and towels, including soap and other cleaning stuff, are provided. The washing machine is also a great addition to the apartment. I actually moved from another apartment due to the absence of washing machine. the price is very reasonable, for the long occupancy there is a discount. Highly recommend!!!

Estuve en el depto por un mes y todo fue perfecto, el departamento es súper lindo y está bien equipado para estadías largas. La zona es muy tranquila, encuentras restaurantes, cafeterías, paradas de buses cerca. Los atardeceres se ven increíbles. Mauricio es súper amable, Fue súper flexible con el check-in y el check- out. Lo malo del depto es tener que irse. :( Mil gracias por todo Mauricio, no duden en hospedarse aquí, lo recomiendo mil veces. Y yo? Por supuesto que volveré.
