I let my host know that I would be checking in late and never got a response. When we got there I had issues to see the check in instructions and asked for help with again no response from the host. In the end our big party with some old people had to find a hotel. They finally answered sending a link that actually worked the next morning. The place itself was beautiful but very dusty (as in months of not dusting) and poorly cleaned. At the end of our stay, I asked them to pay me back for the night we spent at the hotel. It took me all day during my vacation time sending pictures of the dirty house and explaining the situation all for them to only pay me not even a third of the hotel expenses. I would not recommend due to the amount of stress and lack of accountability on happy rentals end. By the way, has someone heard back from the host? lol 😂

C'est un emplacement idéal pour qui souhaite être loin de tout (néanmoins petite supérette au village de Ficulle)...ce qui rend l'endroit extrêmement calme en pleine nature. Néanmoins l'appartement est très fidèle aux photos et très vaste avec une belle vue sur la vallée et Orvieto depuis sa terrasse au sud et sur la piscine de la résidence au Nord. Assurez vous que des rideaux occultant aient été installés dans les chambres si la lumière du jour vous indispose pour dormir. Notre hôte a été très serviable et à l'écoute de toutes nos demandes. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette résidence.

Bright apartment è davvero luminoso e spazioso. Siamo stati molto bene, la cucina è molto fornita, il terrazzo godibile e la piscina a due passi. Alcuni piccoli accorgimenti, che credo non siano stati presi perché l’appartamento è disponibile da poco, avrebbero reso il soggiorno perfetto (come zanzariere, appendini in bagno e la possibilità di oscurare i lucernari). La comunicazione è stata rapida e sono stati sempre disponibili. Se vi piace il silenzio immersi nella natura è il posto che fa per voi: da notare che l’appartamento è su due livelli e sorge in un quello che era un villaggio turistico costruito come un paesino medievale caduto un po’ in disuso. Su cinque case almeno tre erano vuote, ma sono certo che sì ripopolerà presto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Christiana und Simona waren jederzeit gut erreichbar und reagierten schnell auf Anfragen. Die Unterkunft war im Wesentlichen gut ausgestattet und man hatte einen tollen Ausblick über Umbrien bis nach Orvieto. Empfehlenswert wäre die nachträgliche Ausstattung der Einheit mit Klimageräten und Insektenschutznetzen vor den Fenstern, wegen der Mücken. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Familie Kinder
