Un bellissimo e rilassante soggiorno in questa bella e grande villetta. La terrazza vista mare e tramonto è stato il luogo preferito per mangiare. C'è una terrazza superiore per ammirare il panorama, prendere il sole, stendere, fare grigliate col barbecue in ottime condizioni e volendo mangiare, poiché c'è un tavolo grande anche qui. La cucina ben attrezzata, dotata di tanti accessori. Soggiorno con grande tavolo divano e TV, altro divano che diventa letto matrimoniale. Bagno grande. Al piano di sopra, accessibile con scala esterna c'è una cameretta con bagnetto davvero carina, si affaccia sulla terrazza superiore. Sarebbe piaciuta tanto a nostro figlio, ma non avendo scala interna di collegamento con l'appartamento, bensì esterna lui ha preferito dormire nel divano letto. La casa è comunque grande e non abbiamo avuto problemi di spazio. C'è anche una sorta di rispostiglio attrezzato per essere anche cabina armadio. Aria condizionata e zanzariere, Siamo stati davvero benissimo e ci è dispiaciuto davvero tanto lasciare questa bella casa, che ha reso ancora più piacevole la nostra vacanza a Torre del Pozzo

Great location right in front of the beach. The house is spacious and perfect for a beach vacation. The second bedroom is actually on the roof and has its own bathroom but is separate from the main part of the house, this we did not realise from the listing description. Would recommend having a car as there are no food stores that are close walking distance. We would stay there again!

We were looking for a quiet, not too fancy summer break on the beautiful island of Sardinia. The advertisement and pictures looked great. However, the deception could not have been bigger. Although the house was advertised to be fully airconditioned, the a/c in the upper room was not installed. When we arrived, this room was not useable due to missing air conditioner and missing mosquito nets. Temperatures during the day were 35-40 C. The new air conditioner was installed only five nights after our arrival. Mosquito nets were installed as well, after our continued asking. The existing air-conditioning was not installed in the bedroom as is usual. It was insufficient to cool the property on the first floor. Plus, there was no system to take away the condensation water. According to Welcomely, the jerrycan reservoir had to be emptied by hand. It would fill up completely every 3-4 hours. According to the rental agent who I contacted about this, the explanation was that this is a quite normal procedure. Wifi was not available when we arrived. We had to go and pick it up in the office of Welcomely, a 30 minute drive to Oristano. Supplied wifi was useless. Telecom data signal is very poor and disconnects. Wifi signal in the house is weak and internet speed very slow. Original charger and/or cable did not function with the Huawei device. In the end, we were using our private phone subscriptions to connect to our own provider for internet Kitchen had unusable disgusting old frying pans, broken or damaged equipment (spatula, forks, knives). We bought our own new frying pan. During the first use of the oven it short-circuited which resulted in a shorted out fuse. Not a safe situation which almost got me electrocuted. There were several other unsafe electricity sockets and light-bulbs. Furthermore, there was no kettle to boil some water (listed in original ad). The house had many damages to the interior walls, floor and was not in a very well kept state. Furniture was full of food stains and there was a disgusting red (blood?) stain on the couch. Beds were old and had very uncomfortable mattresses. Outside in the form of two terraces is present but do not expect to use them that much if you are a target for mosquitos and sandflies. The road in front is very busy and cars/ motorcycles/trucks drive with very high speed. There is a 50km sign but most go around 100km/h (also at night). When you would like to sit outside this is going to be noisy but also very dangerous to cross (with a child) when you want to visit the nearby beach. Another source of noise comes from one side of the neighbors where we have a larger house with a couple of families. Dogs barking day and night (sometimes told to be quiet). Combined with children screaming (sometimes till 1.00 am) and parents swearing and shouting it was uncomfortable. The other side was quiet but with a man continuously smoking even when we are sitting on our terrace. We expressed our dislike of this to him but he does not seem to care. Strange as our rental property had a zero smoking tolerance. We were in contact with Welcomely about these issues during the entire vacation but they claim they are only managers for the owner who did not accept any responsibilities regarding our complaints during our stay. For the asking price, we did not expect luxury. However, for the price you can expect a level of comfort. At least a well working air-conditioning from the start of our vacation throughout the house (without jerrycan), normal kitchen equipment and safe electricity standards.
