I would like to express my gratitude for the opportunity to stay in such a magnificent apartment in Venice. The terrace, with its breathtaking views of the canal and the Rialto Bridge, was simply enchanting. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and modern, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances. The furniture was immaculate, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Overall, it was a truly remarkable experience and a memorable stay in Venice. Claudio's apartment is amazing. We strive to find unique Airbnb's that are in the middle of the culture with amazing views. This apartment hits both of those marks. Waking up every day, drinking Expresso on the penthouse balcony while watching Venice wake up was very invigorating. Plus the wonderful view of the famous Rialto bridge just steps away. We will stay here again when we visit Venice in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The views were amazing and the apartment had great couches for relaxing when not touring. I liked the keypad entry on both doors - no keys to worry about. The WiFi was good for work and phone use. Claudio checked in through the app and even helped us book a reliable water taxi in the middle of the night for a very early flight! Would absolutely stay here again!

This apartment has breathtaking views of the Canal and is in an excellent location right near the Rialto Bridge. It has sophisticated modern interior design and very up to date appliances. When we arrived the espresso machine was stocked and the fridge was stocked with waters and a half bottle of bubbly to welcome us. We found it helpful that prior to check in, the host sent us very detailed instructions about various things in the apartment.
