This place is perfect for the small family looking for an authentic and children friendly accommodation in Copenhagen. You will be staying in the most attractive part of Copenhagen in this cozy and charming 2-floor apartment situated peacefully between two beautiful sunny gardens - one with a sandbox for kids to explore. The apartment is newly renovated (2023) and offers the perfect setup for a small family. But the best part: The place is filled with toys for kids in the age between 1-6. This newly renovated apartment is beautifully decorated with both antique and modern Danish design, giving it a unique and homey vibe. The entire upper floor is one big room with a lot of day light coming in from both sides. In the living room area, you will find a brand new OLED tv with Netflix, HBO, Disney and many more apps. The kitchen is fully renovated and equipped with all necessary utilities from which you have direct access to a cozy and sunny garden area. From the upstairs area, there are stairs to a large bedroom and a children's room in a high basement with heated floors and and many windows, which provides a perfect sleeping climate. All windows in the sleeping area have darkening blinds. Both floors have a dedicated workspace available with fast 1000 mbit Wi-Fi. You will also have a widescreen at your disposal during your stay.

We had the most perfect stay at Karen’s apartment and can’t recommend it highly enough. The apartment itself is beautiful, immaculate and spacious, with two gorgeous courtyards at the front and back. We visited Copenhagen with our 3 year old, who was in heaven with all the fantastic toys left in the apartment (thank you Atlas for sharing your toys with Theo!). We chose Osterbro for its playgrounds - which didn’t disappoint. The traffic playground (amazing) and towers playground are both within walking distance in a beautiful park, and we jumped on the metro to the incredible Konditaget Lüders in beautiful Nordhavn - but you could walk that too. There’s plenty for parents too - impeccable coffee from Hart Bageri, life changing pastries from Juno, amazing takeout from YoBurger and Ramen to Biiru. Karen left the most helpful and personalised list of recommendations for us, we wish we could have stayed longer to work through the whole list! Thank you again for such a perfect stay.

Fantastic house for young families. It felt like Karen's place was set up just for us with a toddler and infant. location is great, about 7 minutes walk from Triangles. Bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets very close by. Karen's communication was exemplary and try let a really handy guide. The apartment has a spacious open floor with modern kitchen and nice living area. Youn have to descend some steep steps to get to the conjoined toddler room and master bedroom. Plenty of toys to play with as an unexpected bonus for our son!
The appartment is really pleasant with lots of toys for the kids. Next to the flat is a really good bakery. Supermarket , restaurants (including take-aways) and Metro station are within 500 meters. Karen was a great host. Although we didn’t see her, she gave us a lot of advice and suggestions for nice things to do in the neighborhood. Highly recommended!
The apartment was great and in the perfect location for us. With a kid it was ideal to have a safe apartment and the courtyard with sandbox was the highlight for our daughters. Would highly recommend and stay again for sure.

You will be living in the heart of the most popular place in Copenhagen (good side of the lakes), Østerbro, with its old buildings and charming cobbled streets. Østerbro is known for its many good vegan and organic cafés and restaurants, coffee shops, danish design stores and green areas. There is even an organic bakery in the building!
You are close to Nordhavn and Svanemøllen beach (attractive swimming and sun-bathing areas), Fælledparken (biggest park in Copenhagen), Kastellet (scenery park) and in walking distance to the inner City where you will find more classic tourist attractions such as The Little Mermaid, Nyhavn and the Opera House.
The apartment is peacefully located on a parallel street to the most vibing street of Østerbro, Ndr. Frihavnsgade, where you will find all kinds of shops, markets, coffee bars, bakery’s and so on.
The apartment is in 3-5 minutes walking distance to both metro and train. There is also a number of bus options.
Parking on the streets is allowed 24/7 (remember to buy a parking ticket).
