Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation! The house offers a lot of amenities for guest to enjoy such as the original jacuzzi hydromassage bath, the sunbathing area with comfortable deckchairs, table tennis, badminton, darts, a children playground with a trampoline, and a beautiful 35 square meters swimming pool. From April till June, and from September till October, the swimming pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee (80€ for 4 or less days of stay, 100€ for 5-6 days of stay and 120€ for 7 days of stay).

Fantastic place with loads of things to do - pool, jacuzzi, ping pong, darts, playstation, trampoline, grill, etc. Tasteful house with a private bathroom for each bedroom. Secluded, nice sorroundings, 10 min drive to Crikvenica. Very friendly hosts. They even gave us a welcome basket and a goodbye gift. Incredible!
Our stay at this holiday house was wonderful. The house has been incredibly renovated, blending old-world charm with modern comforts. The beautiful patio with its outdoor kitchen and the inviting pool area were absolute highlights, perfect for enjoying lazy afternoons in the sun. Inside, the home is impeccably styled with a perfect balance of old and new vibes, creating a truly unique and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even preparing some delightful welcome treats for us. It was truly a memorable experience!
Wir waren 5 Gäste für 4 Tage bei Silva zuhause. Es war wunderbar. Direkt am Anfang wurden wir herzlichst empfangen sogar mit einem Gastgeschenk :) Das Haus ist in echt noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Unterkunft ist makellos sauber. Silvia ist immer erreichbar gewesen und hat uns vorab schon eine perfekte Wegweisung zum Haus geschrieben. Der Ausblick vom Haus ist der Wahsinn! Auch der Außenbereich war wunderbar. Die Lage ist toll und unfassbar Ruhig. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit ist wunderbar (2 Autos, 2 Motorradhänger, 3 Motorräder) alles hatte ohne Probleme Platz. Wir würden immer wieder zu Silvia kommen- es war eine unfassbar schöne Zeit!
We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Hosts are amazing, attentive and full of information. So much to do and visit nearby. This place is as good as the photos if not better. Pleasantly surprised in all aspects. Fantastic outdoor dining area with gas BBQ near the pool. So much to love - comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, hot tub room with a bar and comfy swing chair. We loved our stay and absolutely love Croatia!! So beautiful. Thank you!!
Our group of 5 adults and 2 infants loved our week long stay at the villa. The location is gorgeous and peacefully nestled between hills. Plenty of daytime sun, evening sunsets, and even a view of the Adriatic across the valley. We enjoyed relaxing in the hottub after a long day, smelling the herb garden while lounging in the sun, and preparing fish feasts in the outdoor kitchen with fresh fish from the market. The location is an easy drive to Krk, dozens of incredible beaches, and the grocery is about 10min away. I wouldn’t worry about arriving after dark, as the GPS coordinates take you directly there using g maps. We had a small problem during the stay, and the hosts were immediately responsive and resolved it within the same day.
