Excellent Airbnb. Katie was a lovely host, very friendly and great communication. The accommodation was as described, extremely clean, comfortable, spacious with a lovely en-suite. Easy access with off street parking. Just perfect for our overnight stay. Thankyou very much Katie, we would definitely stay again.

Just returned from a two night stay at Katie’s guesthouse and what a lovely little find this was ! Travelling alone can always make me feel a little anxious but felt really safe and secure knowing that Katie and her family were in the main house but still having privacy at the end of their wonderful garden. Location is great , a short walk from the town centre and secure parking so easy to hop in the car and explore the coast. The room itself was clean and cosy, tastefully decorated and was like a home away from home experience ! Double bed was super comfy and plenty of pillows and blankets for extra comfort. Bathroom was everything you’d want , big shower with great water pressure and all windows with privacy glass. Katie went the extra mile and left coffee, tea, sugar and granola along with milk in the mini fridge (which was great and actually kept things cold) . Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Bumped into Katie & her husband and they were lovely friendly hosts ! Thank you ☺️

Katie was very friendly, responsive to messages and gave clear directions and instructions for access. The suite (above the garage) was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Good off-street parking and about a 15 minute walk to the shopping centre and a further 10 minutes to Poole Quay and the restaurants.
