The place it’s absolutely beautiful. It’s a small cozy place. It has everything you want or need. Communication with Jennifer was quick and easy. Area is quiet and close to everything.

My friend and I stayed here during our first travel nurse assignment. This house felt like a home during our time in Indianapolis, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay! There is plenty to do in the area, and the neighborhood felt safe too. Host was extremely kind, responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying long term or even short term too.

Casa 69th was the perfect place for our girls’ getaway. Jennifer was quick to respond when our other lodging turned out to be a bust. She graciously allowed us to arrive two hours early. Her home was a lovely, comfortable spot to land after a rough night. Jennifer provided clear instructions concerning everything we needed to know to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Casa 69th, and I’d love to enjoy any of her other properties.

This was a great, clean, neat renovated space in a nice quiet, safe community. Close to everything, Walmart is a minute drive. Many quality restaurants and good parks. Our 2 year old went on walks every day and there’s a splash pad near by. The house itself, although small, felt spacious and was thoughtfully decorated. Everything was pristine and the backyard space was nice. I will say.. our only complaint was lack of storage space. We stayed here for a month and there was no closet or dresser space in the master. The closet had been converted to a bathroom so the bathroom was pretty tight. We made it work but were pretty much living out of suitcases which is fine. The second bedroom had a small closet. This was our only issue so something to consider. Otherwise our experience was great! The beds were large and very comfortable (firm). Would stay here again.
