Cozy Tiny Apt, 1B 1 Ba boho Apt. in Columbia, TN. Newly renovated upstairs apt. with private entry. Comfy double bed (small fold-out ). Kitchenette (coffee pot, microwave, mini-oven) 1 BA w/shower, 24 in. smart tv, A/C with thermostat, Wi-Fi. Clean, relaxing. Easy parking (Pet friendly (let's talk). apt is one mile from our lively historic town square with lots of shopping and restaurants. A beautiful park is a close walk away (w/disc golf, tennis, running). An hour outside of Nashville. Walking in the door you’re in the living room, which leads to the kitchenETTE, bedroom, and bath (see pics). Inside the apartment, is a set of stairs with a locked door at the bottom. We live downstairs and we may hear each other a bit during your stay. There’s a coffee pot, microwave, hot plate and a mini oven with pots and pans. Plates, utensils, etc. Please know we do allow pets for the convenience of pet-loving guests. We do our best to clean up hair, but at times there may be wisps of hair that we don’t catch. Please note for anyone over 6’, this apartment is an upstairs space of an older home, and does have lower ceilings.

Michelle is probably one of the very best hosts we've had the pleasure of renting from. Very flexible, extremely responsive and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Such a cute little space with all the amenities you would need and Michelle really makes this location very comfortable.

It was a perfect spot to lay our heads just for a night. Michelle went above and beyond with a great coffee set up with fresh creamer in the fridge, stocked bathroom and a well stocked kitchen. She left great instructions, the apartment was clean and orderly and cute, and she even had a sound machine which we love. Best of all she is SO easy to reach and eager to help. Would stay here again!

The review for the lady: This stay was a wonderful experience. My partner and I had to make an emergency trip to the Tennessee area and were blessed to find this cute boho apartment listing. Our host was more than kind, accommodating our check in time, and responded quickly when we had questions. The apartment was super easy to access, and the key pad was convenient for our late check in. The room was cutely decorated and very clean. Our bed was comfortable and topped with the coziest quilt. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries, and the kitchen with an assortment of cooking tools and great coffee. The AC was absolutely perfect, we love a cold room at night and it definitely provided. I really couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I would stay here again.

Mostly quiet. Occasional loud truck or lawn mowers. The beautiful Woodland park (1/8 mile) and are great downtown (1 mile)are both within walking distance. As is the arts district(2 miles).

Public transportation is very limited. However, you are within a mile of many places to eat, get coffee, go shopping, park (disc golf) So walking, biking, driving. All good.
