The Dunes is great. Just minutes from any store you want to shop, with traffic, only 15 from beautiful Lido Beach or Siesta Beach. Everything you need to go to the beach right at the house. Chairs/toys,coolers and plenty of towels all at the ready! When you get back from the beach, the private backyard has a great pool, hot tub and plenty of room for the family for some cooking on the barbecue grill. Highly recommend their properties as this was our second we have stayed at. Great local host Ron was very fast with anything I needed answered. Very clean and in a safe feeling neighborhood. 5 Stars.

We love Sarasota/Siesta Key FL and have been taking our kids for years. This was our first time to take not only our kids, but son/daughter in law and 2 year old grandson, and our daughter/son in law and 1 1/2 year old grandson. The house was beautiful and exceeded expectations. The layout of the house was perfect with common areas for all including the 86" big screen TV in the living room for the March Madness basketball tournament and enough bedrooms for privacy. It also had 2 good size bathrooms with double vanities, and a good size kitchen. The backyard was an oasis with an outdoor pool, hot tub, extra fridge multiple areas of seating, big screen TV, grill, and beach towels, cooler, umbrella, etc to take to the beach. This place was perfect and we look forward to coming back in the future. 5 Stars all the way!

This place was as advertised and a great spot to relax. Between the great beaches nearby and the private outdoor space with heated pool and hot tub, you can’t go wrong. Home was very clean and the outdoor TV and fridge were a nice touch. Ron was responsive and available for any questions that may arise. Very good guy. Definitely plan to return another time.

A really special place, beautifully decorated, and a perfect setting for our family getaway to sunny Florida. We were lucky enough to spend a week here (2 adults, 3 kids) and the house was everything we hoped for and more. Ron was super responsive and helpful, ensuring we were comfortable, and there is plenty to do in the area. Local highlights were Siesta Key beach, Selby Gardens, and Walt’s Fish Market & Restaurant. We really enjoyed having our own heated pool and our kids were in it all day, sometimes literally. I will miss having my morning coffee in the backyard sun next to that pool! The house is well appointed, clean, and surprisingly spacious. Just a real gem all around.
