The home was really easy to find with ample parking on the provided driveway. Check in was easy and quick. Host is a reliable communicator and makes an effort to make sure you have what you need in a home away from home. The room has natural light and linens are comfortable. There's plenty of space in the bedroom to make sure that you are comfortable the entire time. Just what I needed for a peaceful stay with quick access to trailheads and PDX downtown when I needed. Very close to the freeways and a Wal Mart is just around the corner. Loved that I was close to the Nike campus as well.

host left for 3 months in Taiwan and turned off the oven and stove. he accused me of breaking things when I was taking care of his house. I had to stay another 2 nights but he made it to where I was homeless in my car. never stay there again.

An amazing value. The room was large and comfortable and included its own mini fridge and a desk fit for remote work. The common area included a stocked kitchen and all the other listed amenities. I will point out that the homeowner is renting multiple rooms at once, and the house can see a fairly large number of guests. However, the house is quite big, and I didn't personally feel crowded at any point during my visit. I never had to wait to use the bathroom, laundry room, or kitchen and had my own sink in the bathroom. Tony was very gracious, greeting me personally when I arrived, making sure i was able to check in without issue, and giving me a tour of the home. He also provided complimentary snacks and apples from his garden. There was some existing damage from another occupant in the shared bathroom, which the host had already attempted to repair temporarily while he ordered the replacement part. It did not affect me. Overall, I don't think the value can be beat. Highly recommend.
