We were very pleased with Zina's Parkiew listing! It's just down the block from the Minneapolis Institute of Art and an easy walk to more museums, coffee shops and restaurants, and a cool record store. It's a very walkable, bikeable town, and this neighborhood is especially easy to get around in. There's plenty of room inside the apartment; I wouldn't hesitate to bring bikes next time and keep them inside overnight. The bed's comfortable, the place is clean, and we love all the natural light! Off-street parking and an outdoor seating area are great bonuses. Zina greeted us by text, checked in again later, and ensured we had a pleasant stay.

For anyone looking for a place to stay near the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, this is by far your best bet. It’s a very short walk to both the Minneapolis Institute of Art and MCAD and next door to the Hennepin History Museum. The place is quiet, airy, and roomy. Walking distance to Eat Street and grocery stores, but with off street parking if you are using a car to get around. On top of its conveniences, it is affordably priced for parents who want to visit their kids attending MCAD.

Spacious and sunny apartment, with a park across the street. The MIA (art museum) conveniently a half block away, and a walkable neighborhood with restaurants and little shops within several blocks Served by a good bus system and free parking on site. A great place for relaxing or for getting out into the city. hosts were responsive to questions, and very friendly.
