We were looking for a spot for spring break with a pool , boat slip/dock, and close to beaches. It was the perfect fit for our family. We could’ve left our pool/beach towels at home along with pool floats and toys. Art has thought of everything. We will be recommending to our friends & family.

We had a Cousins getaway if 6 (60+) ladies. Home was beautifully decorated and nicely supplied. Loved the covered patio overlooking the pool and water canal. Great location close to Punta Gorda for shopping and dining. Close to groceries and gas stations. Hope to visit again next year! Thank you Art😊
