Our family of four(girl 6, boy 8) came for spring break and stayed at Sentral based on the locations to the museum campus. We couldn’t have been happier with the location based on the proximity to all Chicago has to offer. We were able to walk to a majority of the museums which was amazing. The winter garden with the indoor pool was a huge perk for the kids. Every evening was spent there. The only thing that I would say was a very slight bummer was the lack of kitchen tools. We had planned to do much of our meals there and noticed there was just enough things to get by. Example: a pizza cutter but not a pizza pan. No mixing or serving bowls. Everything ended up working out and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Would stay there again and recommend it.

Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Unit was very clean and had all the basics we needed for our stay. We loved the pool area and the gym was great. Walking distance to many Chicago attractions. Unit was not exactly as described-listing was for 2 queen beds and beds were doubles, linens were listed as “luxury” and were just basic.

It was a nice stay, my only issue is the other guest/tenants being oddly judgmental making others uncomfortable.
