We stayed at Alex’s house for an event at the EverBank/TIAA Stadium. This house was the perfect distance to everything- it is in such a quiet neighborhood that you would never guess you were so close to Jacksonville (restaurants, stores, and the stadium). House set up was great- is was very clean and well maintained, especially for a historic home. It has all the essentials needed for a weekend getaway.

My friends and I booked this house for our formal in down town Jacksonville and this was in a wonderful location! The house was beautiful and everything we needed for a weekend trip!

Everything about this place was what we were expecting according to the pics. This 4 bedroom; 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 upstairs but what was key was 3 mothers/3 daughters trip was that one of the bedroom had 3 beds in it. The home overall was comfortable. The space for this trip was more than enough. We are already planning our next trip here in the future. Alex was very attentive to any questions we had and very proactive to ensure our stay was comfortable. We were within a 5-15 minute drive of restaurants and shopping—a very relaxing trip.
