It is located on the second floor of a three unit house, and as such noise levels must be respected at all times. The partially open concept loft is spacious, bright and a great place to curl up with a book, play a game, or get some work done under the skylights. It was purposely renovated for Airbnb usage so is fully equipped to handle your travelling needs. Located in the coveted 500 block heritage area on the Historic Hillsborough Square, which is one of the oldest squares in Charlottetown having been laid out in 1771, it is an easy walk to shops, restaurants, shows, the waterfront and much more!! There is one bedroom with a Queen size bed and an open loft containing a 2nd Queen size bed. The section of the loft containing the bedroom is not visible from below but please be aware that it is not as private as a separate doored bedroom. Staying in a hotel requires eating out for 2 to 3 meals a day but with our fully stocked kitchen you can do a light grocery shop nearby and cook some or all of your meals conveniently and economically with all the comforts of home. The kitchen contains a stocked coffee/tea area with a machine to make single cups of coffee or a carafe in addition to a Bodum French press. You will have a selection of teas including black, green and herbal. The kitchen is well stocked with items such as a wine opener, can opener, baking implements, toaster, tea kettle, rice cooker, and smoothie blender, etc. We have a heat pump system that easily handles the ever changing PEI weather. The duct work for the system runs over the beams in the living room giving it a very industrial chic look. Your trip to PEI will probably include a visit to at least one of our many gorgeous beaches.
