Overall, it would’ve been a great experience had we stayed the whole time that we booked it for. Adam was very responsive, helpful, and went as far as leaving snacks, pastries, and waters for when we arrived. The location is less than 3 minutes away from the beach and the boardwalk was about 15-20 minutes away! Some pretty decent food was near as well. Now the reasons we had to leave Friday night (2 days early, we booked from Thursday to Sunday ) was due to cleanliness. I have an infant almost 8 months, 6 year old, and my mother who is 60 that accompanied me on this trip. The vents were extremely full of lint and dust, honestly looked like it had not been replaced in months, some of the room floors had food crumbs, dirt, and etc. The bathtub upstairs was dirty. Last the kitchen plates were dirty, pots stilled had eggs stuck on it, I’m assuming from the previous guest. Then the pots also were VERY rusted, to the point it was unsafe to use, There was but so much we could keep ignoring.

Adam was a great host! He had snacks and water available for us after our long flight. We loved seeing the deer every morning and evening. The deer are so friendly we could drive right up to them. Our first morning, all 5 of them were eating next to our car.
