We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s such a beautiful house! We particularly enjoyed the roof deck and being so close to the gorgeous beach, would definitely recommend :)

We had an incredible stay at Kate's place! Looked just like the pictures & was very homey. We brought our dog and everything was convenient for bringing him. Fenced backyard, dog treats, food & water bowls all supplied. The place was spotless when we arrived. Easy check-in with door code, & Kate was very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys were all available for use. Easy parking and easy walk across the street to beach. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I had a great time on our anniversary. House was clean and welcoming and was exactly what we were looking for. Quick walk to the beach and the crows nest gave us a great view of the water. Kate was very proactive and responsive if we had any questions. Will come back again.

Beautiful location, beautiful home, wonderful host, what more could you want? Kate was awesome and her home was perfect for a nice getaway with several friends. I would recommend her place to anyone!

We had a wonderful time! Would and will stay here again! Perfect location. Super close to the beach access. House had everything we needed and then some! Kate was great!
