Downstairs we have: The main living area and fully equipped kitchen that leads out to the outdoor entertainment area with pool, BBQ and outdoor dining, all within a fully fenced back yard. Dining area with seating for ten, the French doors lead out to the fully enclosed front yard. Second living/Sixth bedroom with couch, smart tv and one single fold out bed (if you require this to be set up please advise us at time of booking). Bedroom One: with queen bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs we have: Master bedroom with king bed and stunning ensuite with bath, shower and double vanities. Walk in robe and balcony for those quiet morning coffees. Room for a fold out bed if you prefer it in this room. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :) Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure.
