Welcome to this newly constructed, quiet studio next to our main house, with access to our pool and pool house. We are located in Larressore, between Espelette and Cambo-les-Bains - 5 km from the Thermes de Cambo. Perfect for curistes - check for 3 week discount and message us with any questions about a curistes stay. The studio is about 25 square meters, which opens onto a small terrace. The space features a living room with TV and fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, alcove bedroom, a large shower room with washing machine, and a mezzanine office. The bedroom alcove features a comfortable 160 cm bed and a dressing - bed linens included. The large shower room includes a 6 kg washing machine, shower, toilet, and a window with a pool view - towels included. Open kitchen features everything you need: cooktop, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. Includes cooking oil, salt and pepper, utensils and coffee + tea. Relax on the couch or at the table and chairs. Window includes mosquito screen. The studio includes access to the pool and pool house - featuring an outdoor living room with couches and hammocks, separate kitchen and covered dining area. Enjoy your apéro outside! Our pool is treated with salt. Enjoy the peaceful sound of dripping water as you relax in the hammock. As we are in the heart of Pays Basque and in the country, you may hear and see animals nearby, listening to the sounds of the birds singing in the trees, or sometimes see rabbits in the garden. We also have a little dog Maggie. If you have seasonal allergies, we can provide an air purifier. Generally, the neighbourhood is quiet. However, being in the country, we do occasionally hear passing tractors and trucks. Generally this happens in the morning around 8am and again in the evening around 6pm, when they leave and return to the neighbourhood. One note - this new studio replaces our prior pool house listing. Reviews below may reference our pool house, but the pool house bedroom is no longer available for rental due to the new rental law for the Pays Basque.
