Very spacious apartment with two balconies. Bus stop is one minute away from the flat. Air conditioning is in each room, which is great. Very friendly and helpful landlord, answering all the questions straight away. Thank you for the great time.

Noel and his apartment is the excellent choice, if you want to explore Malta with your family or friends. Its spacious, near to Bugibba bus terminal, and Noel is really the perfect host, always available and proactive. The neighbourhood could be busy sometimes, but it is less than bothering. We enjoyed our stay here much.

L'appartamento si trova in un punto ottimo perché vicino alla stazione dei bus, a ristoranti e alla spiaggia. L'appartamento é nuovo e molto curato anche se mancante di cose basiche (tovagliette per la tavola, detersivo per i piatti, sapone). É un'ottima opzione se si é in tanti perché l'appartamento é spazioso, ma con alcune pecche, tra cui il fatto che una camera da letto dá sul retro di un ristorante, e c'é un rumore fastidioso e costante (anche di notte); inoltre abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'host dato che avevamo scelto l'appartamento perché nell'annuncio era indicato che avesse 3 bagni e invece ne ha solo 2. Ci ha accusati fin dal primo giorno per il fatto che avessimo lamentato quest'assenza, avendo un atteggiamento ostile e vendicativo fino a dopo il check-out, mettendo anche in scena una serie di danni che non erano stati da noi realizzati .Il fatto che l'host viva nello stesso edificio per noi non é stato positivo.
