Staying at the Newmar was a special experience. This level of seclusion while still being comfortable is hard to find. The space and surrounding area are beautiful and while we got some rain, it was fun to explore and still be able to sit under the shelter of the covered patio in the evening. Waking up to the views of the park and mountains in the distance was also a treat. The space was inviting, the bed was soft and the kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. We had a great stay and would be happy to do so again. We did have to be conservative of energy on the solar power since it was cloudy and sometimes rainy during our stay, but this was expected and not difficult, plus the site manager was helpful with any questions. Recommend especially for anyone interested in someplace quiet and away from crowds while still not far from the national park!

The place is cozy and has amazing views around. It looked exactly like the pictures, we had a great time. The place was also perfectly clean and the instructions for how to use everything on the camper were clear. would definitely go again.

It was a very cool getaway for the weekend Adam is very helpful and gives you all the info you need to know about the place. Lot of things to do around the area, I’ll be back soon for another stay.

The Newmar was exactly as described! I spent NYE here and it was perfect for an overnight stay after exploring Joshua Tree. I bought my own food/spices and enjoyed a lovely meal - I had everything I needed in the kitchen. The camper instructions were clear and I got the hang of everything quickly. Adam was very responsive when I had questions and the views alone are worth every penny! It was super chilly at night so I bought extra blankets, a sleeping bag, layers and socks. Once the sun comes up it’s very cozy. Highly recommend!
