The kitchen is well equipped to host 13+ guests. Host was very responsive and reached out on our check in day to make sure everything was okay. We were a party of 11 and had ample room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the pool !

The owners thought of everything. We felt right at home. Beds were comfortable (no room had less than a Queen bed). kitchen had tons of pots, pans and place settings, comfy blankets for movie night in the family room. Hot tub was prefect. Weather was a little too chilly for the pool, but there is beautiful pool area. I could go on and on about this place. No complaints.

Truly impressed by the stay. We celebrated thanksgiving with family from out of town. 16 total including 2 infants and we had plenty of space. This was the perfect place for our family time. The backyard is a great highlight with pool and sheltered hot tub with BBQ, outdoor fridge and plenty of furniture. It has a great view on top of the hill and you can see into Tijuana and the south end of the bay. The living room was set right next to the impressive kitchen for tons of social space. The kitchen had more utensils and cookware than we could ever need even for our full house. We cooked a full thanksgiving dinner there. And the table in the dining room was perfect for our crew. There’s even a mini kitchen near the dining room. And the host treated us so well. They came by and made sure we had no confusion with the hot tub and chatted with us for a bit. They even gave us some home made egg rolls and table cloths to use! It felt like they were sharing their home vs renting on Airbnb

Wonderful stay. View was stunning. The place was very spacious. Host responded very quickly to inquiries. Even left a couple special touches/decorations. Would stay here again!
